At Port Orange Nazarene, we believe that we are ALL called to use our gifts to help bring God's Kingdom into the here and now! We take seriously the call in Romans 12 to use our God-given gifts to help each other and our community. We also believe in partnering with our global denomination (www.nazarene.org) so that our efforts are amplified and more effective when used with the gifts and ministries of millions of believers around the world. Here are a few places Port Orange Nazarene serves (locally and globally).
NAZARENE MISSIONS INTERNATIONAL
BETTY GARRETT, NMI DIRECTOR
At Port Orange Nazarene, we join with the global Church of the Nazarene to reach the world for Jesus. This means that our impact is greater because we join with millions of others with the same mission.
What does this mean? It means in the past year we have helped support:
more than 700 missionaries
52 Nazarene universities, seminaries, and medical training colleges
3.3 Million viewings of the JESUS Film, with over 500K people asking Jesus into their hearts
almost $2.5Million in funds to build churches and hospitals globally
donating more than $8.5Million in disaster relief and compassion projects
sending 36,744 Crisis Care Kits and 7,200 School Pal-Paks
...to name a few things.

Habits. Hurts. Hang-ups. Everyone's got them. At Port Orange Nazarene, we firmly believe that we can be set free from these issues. It's not easy. It's often messy. There are times when we win and times when we lose. But the goal is always to work towards freedom! Join us Tuesday nights (7pm-9pm) if you have an issue that you need help with. CR is a biblical and balanced program that gives tools to help overcome these obstacles in our lives. It's based on the actual words of Jesus rather than psychological theories. CR began over 25 years ago and is currently being offered in over 20,000 churches worldwide.
Isn't it time to begin working through these issues? Join us and allow us to help.

Sometimes people we love do things that we don't love. Most of us have felt the impact of a loved one that is dealing with an issue or addiction. If you have a loved one that is struggling with addiction and you need a safe place to talk, process, and find encouragement, Nar-Anon is for you.
Meeting Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm, all are invited to come and find hope and a positive word.
